An assistant that answers with pages, not paragraphs.

Ask a chief of staff.

Ask a question, get a short answer with the chart or table inline. Tap Open as page and it becomes a live page you edit together. Everything runs on your own Mac or Linux box, on the Claude Code and Codex accounts you already have.

Answers, not essays

Short reply first. Open it as a page when it matters.

Every reply is built from the same blocks: a number, a chart, a table, a sentence. Behind them, Mindwallbot runs read-only SQL on your own data in milliseconds. Tap Open as page and the answer stays live, redrawing when new data comes in.

  1. 01 · Data

Drop in a CSV, Excel or JSON file. Ask about 100,000 rows.

Files land in a local SQLite database with columns profiled automatically. Pages and inline charts stay bound to their query, so when a routine, webhook or extension adds rows, they redraw on their own.

  2. 02 · Pages

Pin a page. Minimize it to a bubble.

On desktop or in the web app, a pinned page shrinks to a corner bubble above your other windows. A dot lights up when the bot publishes a new version.

  3. 03 · Settings

    Change any setting by asking.

Model providers, usage, routines, permissions and storage cleanup are all cards the bot can show in chat or open full-screen.

  4. 04 · Memory

    Memory that outlasts the session.

Each bot keeps a MEMORY.md notebook and saves lasting facts it can find again later. When a session gets long, it compacts itself and writes a handoff summary you can read.

  5. 05 · Browser

A real Chrome window you can take over and hand back.

Mindwallbot drives a real Chrome profile, so sites treat it like you. When a login or 2FA screen appears, tap Take over on web or iPhone, sign in, and hand the browser back.

A small team

Every bot has a face that shows what it's doing.

Give each bot its own job, memory and face, and mention one from another's chat when you want a second opinion. Choose a glowing blob, one of 16 shapes, or RT2, a small toy robot with an LED face.

LED

RT2 scans while the bot works, pulses with your voice while you dictate on iPhone, smiles when a reply lands and dozes off when idle. Watch the whole page change with it.

Your machine, your logins

Runs at home on the accounts you already pay for.

No subscription and no per-token markup. Mindwallbot signs in with your own Claude Code and Codex logins, connects to 26+ hosted MCP servers, and reaches your phone over LAN or Tailscale without dropping a turn.

A different model for every job.

Run a chief of staff on Claude Opus and a finance bot on Codex. Each bot works in its own sandbox folder and asks before running anything risky.

Pair your iPhone with one QR code.

Push notifications go straight to Apple with your own key, routes are learned automatically, and voice dictation just works.

Two minutes, start to finish.

For developers How it's built, and how to hack on it

The Core

Mindwallbot's server is called the Core. It runs as a launchd service on macOS or a systemd service on Linux, keeps everything in SQLite, and serves HTTPS through Tailscale Serve.

Harnesses

Bots run on Claude Code, the Codex App-Server or any of 45+ ACP agents, such as Grok and OpenCode. Each bot gets a sandbox folder called Bot Box and a queue for approving commands.

Signed updates

The home service changes only when you approve an Ed25519-signed release. Each update backs up the database first and rolls back if the health check fails.

RT2

RT2's face is a 40 × 26 LED matrix drawn from the same bitmaps as its Blender model, with a 12 × 8 version for small sizes.

7661 Stable

Your home service

Your daily bot, with its data in ~/.mindwallbot. It moves only to signed releases you approve.

7662 Dev

An isolated local sandbox

Run pnpm dev:core --watch and pnpm dev:desktop on your laptop. They use replay fixtures and scripted providers, so your home service is never touched.

7663 Preview

Follows main

A separate service with its own data in ~/.mindwallbot-preview. It builds the commits from main that pass CI, so you can try new features without touching stable.
